Hi Loed, The restriction was done in the filter section, but the characteristic was added in the free characteristic section. The problem is that, it does not matter where you put it or what you use (restriction/filter) the Key figure is calculated based on the filter/restriction criteria at the run time. what I would like to see is that the key figure should change ONLY the restricted character is added in the report from the free character/filter list. Is there anyway I can achieve this behavior in the Bex
