2 pumps (P4/ P5) from supplier B. Activities: 4 internal & 1 external. Frequency = 3M.
You already would have defined 5 pump equipment codes.
I suggest you should go for different M Plans based on differences in the overall set of activities (6 activities / 5 activities). And can Schedule and Call the Maintenance Plans independently.
(Please inform why are you planning for one MP for all the equipment ? As from your query)
Creating different MP for the equipment under the two different suppliers will also assist you in future, if the frequency of checks varies based on the Usage Life / Location of the pumps in the example.
Or if the numbers is acceptable, you can create 5 different Task List / M Item / M Plans for all the different equipment.
Giving you the flexibility to control (and periodically change) the Scheduling and Call of the Maintenance Plans.
