We have Raw material R1, R2, R3 and R4. May be new Raw Materials can come in future.
Raw Material procured depends on availability in market and its contents. Some time we may receive R1 and R2 or other Raw Material OR any one of them.
But our final product will be same in any type Raw Material. Even after Steg1 i.e of pulverization, we identified as single name in any type Raw Material. So from stege1, input of single Raw Material or mixing of Raw Material, output will be identified as single semi finished goods, SFG.
So which option will be advisable :
Single BOM with input as all Raw Materials and during process order confirmation, show consumption of used raw material ? --- It can show any variance ?
OR
To create individual BOM for each Raw Materials ?
