In CS02 item components & quantity in display mode for some users

Dear Gurus,

I have a requirement. In the transaction CS02 ,

I want to change some of the table control fields(item component & quantity) to display  mode based on a condition

ie Only few users should be able to change the item components & quantity .

Is it possible via some authorizations or some Z Developments have to be opted .

for STPO-IDNRK ; STPO--MENGE ; STPO--MEINS ,
