I am not sure that these two issues are related, other than throwing the same error. The former I suspect has something to do with the install project as compiled / created in InstallShield. Your issue may be related to existing install of CR 10.5 (bundled with VS 2008). There is a known issue of CR 10.5 and CR 13 not playing nice together - on development computers only(!). If you are seeing the issue on a runtime computer (one that has only the runtime installed - not VS 2008), then we may be looking at a new issue. If you can confirm that you are seeing the issue on a computer that does not have VS 2008 + CR10.5, I will test this when I get back from my vacation at end of August. If you need faster help, please do create a phone incident - it will be refunded if it is determined tat this is indeed a CR bug. Phone cases can be created here:
