Please go to transaction SICF and check following services:
sap/bc/bsp/sap/thtmlb_scripts
sap/bc/bsp/sap/thtmlb_scripts2
sap/bc/bsp/sap/thtmlb_styles
sap/bc/bsp/sap/thtmlb_styles2
sap/bc/bsp/sap/thtmlb_styles3
sap/webcuif/uif_callback
They should be active. If not, please activate them
2, after this, if the issue persists, please try the following:
go to transaction SE80, click MIME Repository and follow below two paths:
/SAP/BC/BSP/SAP/thtmlb_styles/sap_skins/default/images/expander_open.gif
/SAP/BC/BSP/SAP/thtmlb_styles/sap_skins/default/images/14x14.gif
Please check if gif pictures are available.
3, Please also check if following note is applied or not:
1675357 - htmlb, image, icon is not visible
