Christoph seems to be correct, search should be based on Transaction Type and not Doc Type, so yuo can hide it from search,Still if you need to use Document Type  then refer to below table (TSOCM_PROXY_IMPL) where the  relation between Transaction Type and Doc Type is maintained, and you can change the text in the Domain valuse of /AICRM/DTEL002T.
