GRC 10.1 EAM Email Notification

Hi,

Approvers and Reviewers are not getting email notification in GRC 10.1 EAM.

I have set Parameters

1113 GRCBATCH (System userid)

4000       1

4001        31

4002-4009       YES

4010     sap_grac_spm_ffid

4012      2

4013-4014   YES

4015    NO

and setup  firefighters,controllers,reason codes in EMERGENCY ACCESS MAINTENANCE

and setup owners,firefighter IDs in EMERGENCY ACCESS ASSIGNMENT

Firefighter user can able to access firefighter id

There is a issue, Approvers & Reviewers cannot able to get email notifications and l am unable to see any log and activity reports and I have ran all the jobs:repository object synch,action usage synch, role usage synch,firefighter log synch but no luck.

Please help on this.
