Hi,

Assume you want produce a NUT. To make NUT, you need raw material.

Issue for production--> To make NUT, you should issue raw material to production to process the raw to NUT

Receipt from production---> To keep into stock as finished item, you have to receive from production.

Note: This is definition for standard production order
