SES vs IR Tolerance key

Hi All,

I need 2 clarifications:

1. I understand that PO vs IR tolerance is maintained with the PP key. We wish to maintain the SES(GR) vs IR tolerance. Which key needs to be used in this case?
2. Is there any harm in performing multiple IRs for a single SES/GR?
