Payroll - Error

Hi SAP Guru's

Can anyone help me out with the error which i recieved while running payroll simulation for an employee. it occured for only one employee other 99 are successful.

Error is "Basic pay breakdown not possible" , throws by function &BPBR,

Can anyone tell me , is it related to master data change, or any solution on this.
