Thanks for your response.  Could you please explain a little bit, how this should be done?

I tried while I was waiting for the reply and placed the folder to a different place (business object directory) and used a html code below

="<a href=\""+[Home URL]+"\" title=\""+GetLocalized("Knoa Home")+"\" target=\"_self\" nav=\"doc\" style=\"color:transparent\">HOME</a>"

Then I used the Cell formatting> appearance> image from file to access the Image. Issue I am getting here is that it works with IE9 and IE10 but does not work for IE8. In IE8 the code is visible on top of the image.
