Re: No extractor data available, extractor likely did not run at all

Hi Alexander,

Please go to SOLMAN_SETUP -> Technical Monitoring -> Step 2.7 Update Content and apply the new content. After you have done that please go to step 6 for both systems JAVA and ABAP and re-execute "Apply and Activate".

Please check if the Dataprovider for Metric "system global change option" is available?, but in Alerting Framework this Extractor might not be available.

So in that case, re-execute in Basic Configuration the step "DPC Grundkonfiguration" and afterwards the extractor should be available.
