save modified difference in ik11 enhancement

Hello all,

The requirement is, in ik11 while creating measuring document, the difference is modified according to the measuring point and saved on save button.

For finding exact point for coding, I put breakpoint in BADIs(IMRC_CHANGE_CHECK, APPL_OBJ_OHFW, APPL_OHFW), Exit(IMRC0001) and BTE(PM000040 used ZSAMPLE_INTERFACE_PM000040), and tried to modify the cdiff value which is for field difference in the global internal tables and saved, but when i am checking the table IMRG or generated measuring document in ik13, modified value is not getting displayed.

Where should I put my code so that modified value gets saved.
